He is professor of Economics and Strategy in the Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School and a senior researcher at the Center for R&D and Innovation Policy at the University of Leuven. He earned a Ph.D. in Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and has a degree in engineering and management from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. Before joining the General Management department at IESE Business School, Bruno Cassiman was professor of Economics and Strategy at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
