The Asociación Española de Economía de la Salud (Spanish Health Economics Association) has awarded Marcos Vera-Hernandez (University College London) and Pau Olivella (UAB and CODE) the Prize for the Best Article in Health Economics 2007, for the article "Competition among differentiated health plans under adverse selection", published in the Journal of Health Economics. The prize is sponsored by the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales. The Asociación Española de Economía de la Salud was funded in 1985.
